Tenkou Sekka no Otoko

Trying to get into a tv station, Ikazuchi is thrown back by a guard. Coming in to the station is Kirari, and Ikazuchi recognizes her. The guard grabs him as she passes. A feather floats past.
Reiko is speaking with Hishou's mother, offering her a job.
As Hishou and Ace talk about Reideen, Reiko comes out in a yellow and black exercise suit. She holds out a red and black one for Hishou. He takes it to a room, then throws it away from him in disgust. He crawls out the window down a drainpipe.
Ikazuchi, looking up, sees him.
The chouma for this episode wanders down a Tokyo street, then uses her power on a mother to make the woman dislike her child.
When Hishou gets to the street, Ikazuchi accosts him. A car pulls up and a woman gets out. Reiko hangs out the window and yells at Hishou, swinging the exercise suit. The two boys run, and manage to evade their pursuit.
In a park, the boys sit on a bench. The woman walks up to Ikazuchi and tries to get him to come with her. He talks to her, and she seems to finally understand that he isn't a child anymore. Then the chouma, Echidna, appears and uses her power on the woman, Ikazuchi's mother.

Ikazuchi's mother attacks him. Hishou tries to help, but Ikazuchi's mother shrugs him off. Hishou sees the chouma and goes after her, transforming. She powers up, and seems to just bat away his attacks.
Ikazuchi gets away from his mother, and sees Eagle and Echidna fighting. His mother comes up behind him and puts him in a head- lock. He throws her, apologizing. An attack meant for Eagle comes for his mother. He pushes her out of the way and takes the attack for her. Ikazuchi begins to have a vision of being in space where a Reideen talks to him, telling him to transform to Reideen Hawk. A feather floats to his hand and he transforms.
Condor flies in to help Eagle. As she begins to defeat them, Hawk flies in, using Hawk Flail and ties her up. He does a God Bird Change and defeats her.
The three boys return to human.
A mini-Echidna appears, and a can rolls over her, flattening her.
At Angels' headquarters, Ikazuchi helps his mother, who decides he isn't a child anymore. The others tell him about the Angels.
