This is a plastic kit model of the Silvia
made by Nichimo, a Japanese manufacturer. It is in 1/24 scale.
One of the first radio control models ever made
was the "MICON" brand model of the Silvia manufactured by Aristo-Craft
in Japan in the mid-1960s.
This is a 1/40 scale model of the Silvia Highway
Patrol that was in use in Japan in the mid-1960s. It is made in Japan by
Diapet, it's catalog number is 152. Diapet also made another Silvia model,
# 137 is of a regular Silvia.
This is a MatchboxCars
size model (about 7 cm long), it is one of a series called "Street Machines".
It doesn't have the name of it's manufacturer on it or on the packaging
it came in. On the packet it has code # 16618688 and made inChina printed on it. Under the car it has No.102 and Made
in China printedon it. I have only ever seen
it in an Orange colour but a friend in Sydney also has a green, a mid blue
and a dark blue version of the model. There is another a Japanese die-cast
model of the Silvia. It is made by ATC Model Pet, it is in 1/42 scale,
it's catalog number is 32. If you know of any other Silvia models
please e-mail me and let me
know.
