The Plug-Uglies started November '98. Since then there has been sum line-up changes. In the beginning, Weesa Webb was our front girl. Annie Biotix on Bass, Billy MacInnis on drums, and shy lil Luke Lunar on guitar. No one knew Luke.. she became a member after Annie approached her "Hey yer name is Melissa?" "yeah" "u play guitar?" "yeah" "u wanna be in a punk rawk band?" "yeah" "ok.. can u play 2morrow and jam 2nite?" "Yeah!" Thats how it was..that simple! So we jammed that nite til we went crazy... the next day, we got up on stage and sucked out rilly bad...However, it was insanely fun. we played another show...then slowly,things changed. Billy quit. so, TimBukTu (a friend of Luke's) was called upon. He was great. We all go along great and he added a lil jazz to our music with his drumming style. Then Weesa Quits. Uh-oh!! sooo everyone looked at Annie Biotix who took to the mic with her bass still dangling frum her. It hasnt changed since then. We r now a 3-piece. We play at The Locus whenever we can. It's Fun. Luke Lunar and Annie Biotix r usually found wearin pleather mini skirts or sumthing equally tacky while TimBukTu just sits his jazzy self down behind those drums... he's naturally tacky.
