Nikita NSN, foaled the evening of May 24, 2018, is by the outstanding stallion, Sir Gregory (Sir Donnerhall x Don Gregory) out of Rhumba, ster, and full sister to Gauguin NSN, Hadiya NSN, Jahina NSN, and Lalita NSN . This filly is exquisite, just like her sisters! Correct in conformation like her siblings, Nikita's sweetness is combined with a bit of spice. Nikita is the bold explorer, often cantering off in the pasture with poor Rhumba trying to keep up with her antics. Nikita loves to canter, and is already, at less than two weeks old, trying to make friends with the other foals, much to her mother's chagrin. True to her bloodlines, Nikita has a sloping shoulder,allowing for good use of front leg, beautiful neckset, pretty head and superior loin connection with a powerful hind leg. Collection will be easy for her. Her canter is already outstanding for a young foal, showing her ability to step well underneath herself, and very balanced and elastic - changes come as second nature. Picture above is at 3 days old. She is expected to mature about 16hh, similar to Hadiya NSN. Hadiya is starting showing 3rd level successfully as a 5 year-old. As a 6 year-old, she is scoring at into the mid-70's at 3rd level, and is training for Prix St. George. Nikita is Rhumba's final foal before being retired from breeding at age 20 years.

Nikita NSN, newborn. She was quick to be on her feet and nurse without help, already showing her independence.
Nikita NSN is shown at 3 days, below. She has not shown much trot yet, but uses her knee well in both canter and walk. This filly is already very typey, not unlike her sire, Sir Gregory, and dam, Rhumba.
Above, is Nikita at 4 weeks of age. This super friendly and bold filly is developing just like her siblings, with 3 correct gaits. She is very supple and has good suspension in her trot and canter.
Nikita is developing very nicely at 14 months, showing her suppleness, suspension, and superior gaits.
Nikita above a 2 years old. She is very much like her older full sisters in type and movement, "peas in a pod". Nikita's 8 year old sister, Hadiya NSN, recently scored 74.118% in her first Prix St. George test, at a schooling show. She was also the "High Point" winner of the entire show! Nikita has the goods to be an excellent dressage prospect.
