Profesor Lomovatsky is a russian mathematician   
who has been searching for many years optimization  techniques and random variables. Lomovatsky developed the "Taxonomy Method", which is a statistical based algorithm which implies his thesis in order to estimate an approximation of random variables such as lottery results.  

How does his method works ?  

Lomovatsky searched the order which prevails in chaotic systems and found that even though this order is not accurately predictable, it is possible to group the elements of the short-time divergence to clusters ("Taxons") and rank each cluster by a numeric value derived from its elements and the relative location of this group in the cluster field.
