An agent of mine has sent me a message I need deciphered. The cipher relies on knowing which word of which a certain book to match it against.
If you wish to become a Ninja, this is what you must do: Infiltrate the School of Wizardry and find out what the third word of the famed Scroll of Waves is. Use it to decipher the message, then do what the message tells you to do.
