Ordered the $49 Starter Kit from Lauer Custom Weaponry, the colour? OD Green.

First: The Training DVD blows. Really Bad. How bad?

In the vacuum of outer space, it would still suck.

(Hell, I could do a better one for them in trade for merchandise!)

Second: $49 Starter kit is really $63+, with what I believe are very high shipping charges.

Third: Your airbrush is made by the lowest bidder. It will fail.

All that aside, I had good results on my first gun, a $10 airsoft replica of a SIG P226. I figure if I screw up a $10 gun, I'll chalk it up to tuition costs. I got it on sale at Gander Mountain. Next projects, refinishing a trashed Rumanian AK and a CZ-75 pistole.
