1. Make sure the following criteria apply to your site:
   • Your site must be about Dragonball Z/GT
   • Your site must be viewable by children under the age of ten.
   • English is the preffered language for all Ultimate Fusion ring sites, but it will be accepted so long as that information is in the description
   • Be Creative! (Your site shouldn't be a clone of somebody else's)
   • Your site must not be "Under Construction" because home pages are always under construction.
   • Your site must have a valid URL.
   Complete and submit the following form:

   Owner's Name:
   Site Title:
   Site URL:
   E-mail:
   Password:	Please choose a password. (Don't forget it!!!)
   Keywords:	Enter up to 20 keywords to describe your site.
   Description:	Enter a short description of your site.

   Add one of the HTML Fragments to your site.
