Rules

1. There are 7 players on a team

2. There are 4 balls in the game. One of them is a Quaffle, a red soccer sized ball. Two of them are Blundgers, black balls that are a bit smaller than the Quaffle, which go around trying to knock players off their brooms. The last one is the Snitch, a gold ball with wings about the size of a large walnut, which goes around at great speed.

3. There are 3 golden poles with hoops on the end at each end of the fields, which are the goal posts. The goal posts are 50 feet high.

4. There are 3 Chasers on a team. They throw the Quaffle to each other and try to get it through one of the hoops to score a goal. 10 points every time the Quaffle goes through the other team's hoops.

5. 1 player is the Keeper for each team. The Keeper flies around their hoops and tries to stop the other team from scoring.

6. The Beaters protect their side from the Bludgers and try to knock them towards the other team.

7. 1 player is the Seeker for each team. The Seekers go around and tries to catch the Snitch. When the Snitch is captured, the Seeker's team wins 150 points.

8. A game of Quidditch only ends when the Snitch is caught.
