2022 - Site Area - Update
- I have been not on this site for
20 years, now I have decided to start working with it again
Now what I have discovered about Dragons is they are indeed very
kind and loving creatures, since I was last on this site Druidy,
Wicca and Ceremonial studies, in the
magickal arts have been covered by myself, also Since DJ Coway
published her first book 2 more were published on Dragon Magick
before her Sad Passing on Febuary 1st 2019
so these are her great books on the subject, starting with
"Dancing with Dragons"
The Book of the Dragon by Ian Corrigan (1983) - Not the best but a nice little book.
1..Dancing with Dragons: Invoke
Their Ageless Wisdom and Power (1994)
2..Mystical Dragon Magick: Teachings of the Five Inner Rings
(2007)
3..Dragon Magick: Call on the Clans to Help Your Practice Soar
(2019)
The Celtic Dragon Tarot also was
published in 1999, with a Guide Book and Tarot Card with Lisa
Hunt
Working with DJ Conway to get the right, this is a really good
set of cards. (Note: these are being sold "Separately"
these days.)
Another Author of Note is
Marc-André Ricard, with his two Books on Draconia, been
translated
from the original French as that's his He's mother tongue, his
two books are listed below.
1..Draconia: Draconic Teachings of True Dragon Magick (2022) -
First French Edition 2003
2..The Draconic Code Daily: Draconia book 2 (2022) - First French
Edition 2016
A Dragon Magick Book In 2003 from
Parker J. Torrence was Published
1. Sea, Land, Sky, (whilst I couldn't get on with it you just
might)
I obtained "The Dragon Book
of Essex" By Andrew Chumbly (2014), but I found this mega
heavy going, I'm only up to page 50 of 800!!! (at time of writing
this)
this is from a "Sabbatic Witchcraft" angle as far as I
can make out so for me it's not a good book I could use with
ease.
On another note I won't be writing
more spells here, but I will be giving advice on dragons, along
with other teachings but first the big one.
1...You don't NEED fancy Altars and other things for working with
Dragons, they only help focus
your intent, think about this before you were born in this life
you had only your spirit, Now
here's the BIG Secret that most authors won't tell you "That
is all you really need, to perform magick"
Dragon Magick and other Traditions
Witchcraft: Because of the healing nature of
dragons and their deep wisdom, those still practicing, the craft
not to be confused with Wicca as that's a different magical
branch, whilst simular some will recognise this
and how dragon practice and it's magick works within this path.
Wicca: Yes it can work as there is a white
dragon goddess, and a dragon god, dragons fit rather well
as a covern is like a family in a way and dragons are big on
family and community, dragon ritual can
be used really well with wiccan practice, at least from what I've
read on the subject, Wicca has a wide
variation of branches so it's impossible to cover how each of
these would work with dragons, there's
just too many to cover here.
Druidry: The Dragon here is seen as a part of
nature, and the peaceful and creative nature of druidy especially
in the bardic grades, especially the air dragons the other three
elelments also are said to work well together
in this manner of practice, with peace also being an inportant
thing when working with elemental forces as
druidy is also about balance of natures energies.
Ceremonial Magick: Whilst dragon magick works
well with ceremonial magick, it's methods whilst powerful are
not the way to work with every type of dragon, but it's been said
the more emotional the magick get the better
indeed this applies to the other traditions, also as dragons are
very loving and emotional creatures.
As for other traditions, they tend to work to a lesser or greater
degree depnding upon the faith's structure and
those practicing the dragon work, I won't go into specifics here
as I have no wish to offend anyone.
