Room Decor: If you trade a Pokémon obtained in Stadium to Gold or Silver, they'll come attached with a Box. Open it and more likely than not you'll get a piece of Room Decor.
Trophies: If you happen to get a Gold or Silver Trophy, most of the time it'll come from a Box.
Surfing Pikachu Doll: Do you have one? If so, consider yourself very lucky! The Surfing Pikachu Doll is classified as a "Super-Rare Mystery Gift" item!
