Brad Renfro Puts On The Jacket

Brad Renfro (Bully) has joined Adrien Brody and Keira Knightley in The Jacket, a thriller scheduled to begin shooting next month in the UK. The film centers on a soldier (Brody) convicted of murder who, during his treatment in a psychiatric hospital, begins to believe that he is traveling through time. Through his time travel, he searches for a woman (Knightley) he met as a child and is fated to love. George Clooney and his production partner, director Steven Soderbergh, are on board as producers via their Section Eight banner, along with Peter Guber. The film will be distributed by Warner Independent Pictures with John Maybury directing. (29/12/2003)
