"Bad News" - a 1981 rehearsal
SHORT BIOGRAPHY:
A studio rehearsal from about 1980. The band existed from about 1978-1981 with a base around Silkeborg. The core of the band was Willy Sommer: lead guitar and vocals, Ivan Laugesen: bass, Jakob Grøne: guitar, Morten Vindberg: piano and vocals. Various drummers played in the band: Jens Beck, Mads Grøne and Ole Munksgaard. In an early version of the group Karsten Ankjær Jensen played guitar and Jan Herold played organ.
The band was never in a recording studio, but several recordings from rehearsals and a couple live recordings of the band exist; among those a 3 hours performance at Nicidemus ( now Fermaten ), which probably shows the band at their best.
