Rum Tum Tugger is the prettyboy of the Jellicles. He is often found flirting with the queens, esp. Bombalurina. The other queens fawn over him whenever he makes an appearance. He enjoys causing trouble, an example seen in the Pekes and Pollicles song. However it is Rum Tum Tugger who suggest that the Jellicles call upon Mr. Mistoffelees to bring back Old Duteronomy when Macavity had kidnapped him.
