MVQ at the Festival ECMA
Our performance at the East
Coast Music Awards' Garage Band Jam.
When
we heard about the "Garage Band Jam" as a part of Festival ECMA, we got
right to work. We recorded a small demo tape with three songs on it. The
songs were "Tough Talk", "Beautiful Love", and "Embers". The first two
were out of the Real Book, and the last was an original. All three tunes
can be found on our tape. We sent the tape in and crossed our fingers.
We did
get our call telling us that we had made it after all. The half hour set
was a huge success, and we landed another gig as a result.
Since then,
we have become more popular and produced a tape. We have played at some
schools and other small things. We have a few gigs lined up for the summer
and are looking for more. If you have any work for us, please, contact
