AUTUMN
I love the seasons.
Spring is a time for rebirth.
Autumn a time for reflection.
A time to pause and look at the year, to
see if you have full filled the promises
of the spring.
Autumn a time to be thankful.
To appreciate the beauty that is all around
us. It seems each year the fall colors are
more beautiful than the year before.
We drove through Washoe Valley to Reno last
weekend the trees were bright gold, red, yellow.
Here and there were patches of green accent.
Trees with the promise of new color.
The display was spectacular and you felt that
God had certainly out performed this season.
I am so thankful that God gave me the eyes
and heart to see the beauty that is all
around us.
At this Thanksgiving time I would be remiss
not to thank my God and my family. For all
that I have and all that I am.
We have a great family and though we are
scattered through out the west we are all
joined together by e-mail.
