Sharkpuck’s Extreme San Jose Sharks Club!!!

Welcome to Sharkpuck’s Extreme San Jose Sharks Club!!! I am starting this club for all you die hard bleed teal Sharks fans. This club is free and in no ways ment for people not to join the Hammerheads Booster Club. I will be sending out membership kits to anyone who would like to join. Your membership kit will include the following:

  • A membership card with your own personal number.
  • Your own personal message area where you can post messages for other members.
  • Special access to the members only page on my site!
  • A monthly newsletter called Sharkpuck’s Bite emailed to you.
  • Chances to win Sharks memorbilia including sign cards.

    All you have to do is fill out the following form and send it to me via Email. Also if you don't want to send me your address than I can also email you your membership card but it won't be as nice as the one I snail mail to you.
