  Why silver rainbows? Well, I have always loved rainbows, and they are very special and symbolic to me. Last year my love took me to Burney Falls. I had lived near there for ten years and never had a chance to see this beautiful site.It was a stormy day and our life had been filled with many troubles but we were so much in love. We didn't care about anything but being together. With the mist in our faces and arm in arm, we walked by the silvery falls. The sun came out and brought us a beautiful rainbow. I am constantly reminded that each and every day we still have those silver rainbows. No matter how bad the outside world gets, I have
  the love that I have always hoped and prayed for. My silver rainbows is that peace and happiness and I will always be grateful for it. I count my blessings every day.

Most of my life has been devoted to nursing. No matter how many other careers I have tried I always go back to my first love. Growing up I wanted to be a surgeon, well I didn't make it that far. I was a biomed tech, then went on to work as a CNA and as an EMT. I completed 1 year as an LVN student until leaving an abusive marriage made it way to hard to continue and give everything needed to my three sons. Tommorrow is another day, perhaps my path will wind it's way around for that second year.

I have worked ER, acute, subacute, geriatrics, psych, and pediatrics. The later of which is the only one that didn't set well with me. I also have a passion for herbology. If you are in the medical field or just looking for health related links. Please check out my nursing page.
