You let me be strong,

and hold me when I'm weak.

You give my dreams a soul,

and give me breath to speak.

You encourage my hope,

and chase away my fears.

You bring me rainbows,

and kiss my fallen tears.

You are my poems and promises,

knowing me inside and out.

You read me like a prayer,

and never leave room for doubt.

You caress me with a passion,

that brings me to my knees.

You shower me with compliments,

and make my wishes yours to please.

At night you rock me gently,

and put your hand upon my weary head.

You meld your spirit into mine,

and bring comfort to our bed.

You breathe beauty into every season,

You are my life, my heart, and my soul.

You are a very important part of me,

and I'm never going to let you go!
