"DECEMBER 25th!"

Before we start let us ask for a word of wisdom in YeSHua's precious name ... Amen!

CHRISTMAS: The Beginning of Christianity and/or a Pagan Holiday?

Why celebrate the Beginning of Christianity on Dec. 25th? How do we know
this is the "birth-day" of our Lord Jesus Christ? Can this date be found in
the word of God? Let's take a closer look!

Luke 1:23 (KJS) And it came to pass, that, as soon as the days of his
ministration were accomplished, he departed to his own house.

Zacharias heads home to Elizabeth and they conceive John the Baptist.

Luke 1:24 (KJS) And after those days his wife Elisabeth conceived, and hid
herself five months, saying,

Luke 1:26 (KJS) And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God
unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth, 27 To a virgin espoused to a man
whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.

John the Baptist was 6 months in the womb of Elisabeth (Lk 1:26-27). When
the angel Grabiel told Mary:

Luke 1:31 (KJS) And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring
forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. 32 He shall be great, and shall
be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the
throne of his father David: 33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob
for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.

Luke 1:39 (KJS) And Mary arose in those days, and went into the hill country
with HASTE, into a city of Juda; 40 And entered into the house of Zacharias,
and saluted Elisabeth. 41 And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard
the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was
filled with the Holy Ghost:

Note here: THE BEGINNING OF CHRISTIANITY AT CONCEPTION!

IN the sixth month of John the Baptist being in the womb of Elizabeth, Mary
was impregnated by the Holy Spirit, with our Lord and Savior, the Anointed
One, Jesus Christ, YeSHua. Therefore the conception of John the Baptist in
Elizabeth will be 6 months preceding the conception of our Lord Jesus
Christ. Are you following? Then please back up before proceeding.

Luke 1:36 (KJS) And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a
son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called
barren.

Note here two things: Elisabeth is a cousin to Mary. Elisabeth has to be a
full blood Levite to be married to Zacharias a Levical priest. Therefore
Mary being cousin would be part Judah and the other part Levite! This
would confirm Rev 19:16 Our Lord Jesus Christ is Kings of Kings (Judah) and
Lord of Lords (Levite).

Now can we determine the exact conception date of John the Baptist from
scripture? If we can, then all we must do is add 6 months to know the
conception date of our Lord Jesus Christ and to follow 9 months for His
birth date. Let's take a closer look at the documentation.

Luke 1:5 (KJS) There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain
priest named Zacharias, OF THE COURSE OF ABIA: and his wife was of the
daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth.

To be a Levical priest one must be a full blood Levite and married to a full
blood Levite. Elisabeth being of the daughter of Aaron was a full blood
Levite. Lk 1:5 This means Zacharias was a serving priest of the house of God
OF THE COURSE OF ABIA: this being the 8th course or 8th order out of 24 set
forth by David.

The course of Abia: this was the eighth of the priestly courses of
ministration in the Temple ie: the burning of incense and offering up of
prayers; and occurred, as did the others twice in the year. The "Courses"
were changed every week, beginning each with a Sabbath. The first course
fell by lot to Jehoiarib (1Chr 24:7), the eighth to Abia or Abijah; (1Chr 24
10)

Bearing in mind that all the courses served together at the three Great
Feasts, the dates for the two yearly "ministrations" of Abiah will be seen
to fall as follows: The first ministration was from 12-18 Chisleu = Dec.
6-12 and the second ministration was from 12-18 Sivan = June 13-19.

Luke 1:13 (KJS) But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy
prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou
shalt call his name John.

The announcement therefore to Zacharias in the Temple as to the conception
of John the Baptist took place between June 13-19. Because the day
following the end of the "Course of Abia" was a Sabbath day June 19th.
Zacharias would not be able to leave Jerusalem and start his travels home to
Elisabeth before the 20th of June.

Luke 1:23 (KJS) And it came to pass, that, as soon as the days of his
ministration were accomplished, he departed to his own house.

Again after the conversion to our calendar this was the date of June 20th.
Zacharias was an old man as stated in Luke 1:18 and his town was approx. 30
miles away. The 30 mile journey would probably occupy, for an old man, a
couple of days at least. He would arrive at his house on the 22nd or 23rd
giving him time for the miraculous "conception" to take place on the 23rd of
Sivan or June 23 or 24th.

Luke 1:24 (KJS) And after those days his wife Elisabeth conceived, and hid
herself five months, saying,

Zacharias arriving home on the 22nd gave him plenty on time for the
conception to take place on the 23rd or 24th of June. Seeing how Zacharias
was given the sign of dumbness until the performance of these things. Luke
1:19-20. So you add FIVE months to June 23rd or 24th and your at Nov. 24th.

So here you have it documented that Christ was to be begotten of the Holy
Spirit in Mary in the 6th month after Elisabeth was pregnant with John the
Baptist.

So you must add exactly one month from Nov 24th and this would be Dec. 25th.
John the Baptist is in Elisabeth womb 6 months on Dec. 25th. We know
Christ was "begotten of the Holy Spirit" 6 months after John the Baptist was
conceived. So Dec. 25th is not Christ birth date but Christ conception
date. Documented. NOT a pagan holiday BUT arguably THE greatest day in
Christian history.

Final notes: 1. Nine months from Dec. 25 would of been the first day of the
Feast of Tabernacles (Sept. 29) the circumcision took place on 8th day of
the Feast. and two (2.) Christ works began at conception. Luke 1:41-42
(which is an excellent reason to celebrate Dec. 25th as the greatest day
(arguable) in Christian history.

This is why the Festival of "Michael and ALL the Angels" is held on Sept. 29
(by western calender). Hebr 1:6 (KJS) And again, when he bringeth in the
first begotten into the world, he saith, And let ALL the angels of God
worship him.

So you see, these two momentous events fall into their proper place and
order, and the real reason is made clear why the 25th of Dec. is associated
with our Lord, and was set apart by the Apostolic Church to commemorate the
stupendous event of the "Word becoming flesh" ... and NOT as we have for so
long been led to suppose, the commemoration of a Pagan Festival, but THE
BEGINNING OF CHRISTIANITY!!!
