Todor says "I play for fun"

Todor Enev was born in Plovdiv on the 8th of February , 1982 in the family of Vladimir and Valentina. He started playing tennis at the age of 8. Todor is now N2 in the boys rankings. His doubles rankings is also very good. This was a very special year for Todor, because it is his last year as a non-pro tennis player. He had a lot of success. He won two first category tournaments - one in Tokyo and one in Italy, reached the semifinals and the quarterfinals of every Grand Slam played this year, Another important thing for Todor is that he also made his first steps as a pro tennis player. He played in two $10 000 tournaments in Jordan, reaching the semifinals of the one and the II round of the other. He was part of the ITF's touring team, featured the four best boys and girls. Todor Enev was in fact the first Bulgarian tennis player to be seeded both on the singles and the doubles at a Grand Slam event (at Us Open 99 he was seeded N7 in the singles and N2 in the doubles). His favourite surface is clay, but he feels comfortable everywhere. His last event as a non pro tennis player will be the "Orange Bowl" this year. Todor Enev is sponsored by "NIKE" and managed by "Advantage"(the one which manages Maggie as well). He is coached in the Bolitiery's Tennis School
