My friends afar - behond the sea - Have often said they envied me Because I walked upon the sod Where Jesus walked As Son of God .

I 've seen a youth disturbed , forlon , Struggling , at the cross roads , torn , Accept Him as his pilot sure ; Immediately ha was secure.

I saw a girl by sin brought low Upon whose life God did bestow His love , His mercy , and His grace . Then I saw Jesus in her face .

I saw a man who walked while lame , Who knew not ought of earthly fame ; But he was healed and walked again Completely free of limp and pain.

Do not tell me it's Galilee Where Jesus' power to set man free Has been confined for all time ; I've seen Hin worked His power divine !
