Ah, Daria...the first GOOD cartoon show I've ever seen MTV produce. Daria is a witty show that makes fun of ordinary high school life...a welcome change to all those soap operas like Seventh Heaven and Dawson's Creek. REALITY CHECK!!! NOT ALL PEOPLE IN HIGH SCHOOL LOOK LIKE SUPER MODELS! NOT ALL GIRLS IN HIGH SCHOOL HAVE TORRID LOVE TRIANGLES! Can you believe it? A cartoon that's more truthful than a real life show...oh, the irony. Of course, the characters in Daria are all a bit embellished, but that's nessiscary to bring the point across; the point being that there is no point!! It's not a perfect show, I admit to that, (watch enough of it in a row and Daria's monotone voice begins to grind away at your eardrums) but still, it's pretty well done, and very clever. Well, enjoy! I've got character summaries and pictures up, but there's more to come! (I hope)
