They remained in this time slot for several months until moving to the time of 12:00-1:00 on Saturday. Over the year they delighted listeners with segments such as Gabby Bear, Dane's Talk and various studio invasions. All remained the same until early 1998 when Marcus was continually absent due to McDonalds making him work on Saturdays during the show. Finally he had enough and quit McDonalds, then went to work at Red Rooster. All was well for weeks to come until Red Rooster also began making him work on Saturdays, and before they knew it Marcus had been lost to the fast food giants.
Since then the show has had many semi-regulars and guests jump on board such as Dane O'Mara, Rob Allen, Shaun Miller, Sam Hughes, Troy Bucknal and many more, as well as featuring studio interviews with bands such as Count The Weirdos, The Deviants and Irrelevant. Nathan and Luke continued the legacy and took Jopplopping Hoddities into the new millennium and a new time slot of 9pm Monday nights. Sadly at the start of 2001 Nathan moved to Melbourne leaving Luke as the only remaining original member. From that point on Luke has remained the host of the program and is often joined by occasional guests and co-hosts including Dr Cam, Shaun Miller and Pete Thain. Even now in 2010 the beast known as Jopplopping Hoddities continues.
