Judy's Position on Drugs

I hate booze. Alcohol rots the mind, brain, and soul. Almost everybody I was ever close to is dead because of booze, either directly or indirectly.

I hate hard-drug dealers. They should all die.

I hate most drugs. Even prescription drugs.

Prescription drugs can wreck havoc on the body to the point of death. Some of them can even project a person into violence toward themselves and others.

I think marijuana is the best medicine God gave to man.

• For those who need psychological help, marijuana is much better than most prescription drugs and alcohol. In addition, for those in pain or suffering other illnesses, marijuana can be better than prescription drugs and certainly better than alcohol.
  
  
• Marijuana calms a person down - less domestic violence is one benefit. Alcohol makes most drinkers get extremely violent and exercise poor judgment.
  
  
• Booze and tobacco are responsible for a ridiculous amount of deaths every year. Not Marijuana. It is safe. There is not one single documented case of a person's dying from its use.

• Marijuana should not be classified as an illegal drug. Booze is legal. Tobacco is legal. Marijuana should be, too.

• I believe without a doubt that the drug industry is why "cheap" marijuana is still illegal. If it ever became legalized, they'd lose a lot of their business and profits!

• BTW, I can't stand marijuana myself. Never been a user. Tried it. Didn't like it.

As far as the other "illegal" drugs, which are horrible, I believe that if they were allowed to be prescribed by a doctor, it would eliminate drug pushers. That way, the individual could be monitored for health issues. At least they wouldn't be out robbing and killing people to get their drugs.

I have to be honest when I say that I couldn't care less if they kill themselves with their stupid drugs. I just am downright tired of society's suffering through crimes and heavy taxes for the weaknesses of others. I base my conclusions on 66 years of observing people.

FUNNY STORY

An old boyfriend, Ron Kline, convinced me that I could shoot better 9-ball if I smoked marijuana first. So I tried it. I lost every game and couldn't even remember playing one of them. I think that was the last experiment with marijuana I ever did.
