My Loved Ones Who Have Died

They say it takes a minute to find a special person,
an hour to appreciate them,
a day to love them, but an entire life to forget them.

That's not true.
We NEVER forget those people we have loved and lost to time or death.

Time does NOT heal all wounds. You can trust me on that.

But the hurt and anguish is assuaged by the knowledge
that we will all meet again in Heaven in the Sweet By and By
by the side of the River of Life, where separations come no more.

Thank you, Jesus, for shedding your blood
that those who come to you shall live for eternity.
