I'm afraid to say this, but if the submission doesn't follow these guidelines, I really won't post it. It takes too much of my time to format things because they don't fit the guidelines. Anyway, if you have a question, don't feel afraid to email me. I'm not as much of a bitch as I put on. (That's right, I'm the bitch.)
Fanfics: 1. Please attach submission to the email. 2. Fanfic file must be either .htm, .html, or .txt. It's a big pain in the arse to have to deal with anything else. It's simple to save as an HTML document in word. Just pull down the "File," menu, and it's right there, staring at you in the words: "Save as html." 3. Document file name must relate in someway to the title of your story, or else things get confusing. 4. Please, please, please! spell and grammar check. It makes for an over-all better story, and more enjoyable for the readers. 5. Use proper story format. Like, for instance, starting a new line with each new spoken dialogue. If you don't get what I'm saying, go pick up a novel, and observe how they format their paragraphs and lines of dialogue.
Fanart: 1. Please attach the submissions to the email. 2. Try and keep the size of the file at a reasonable level. it makes uploading and viewing easier for everyone. 3. The file must be either a .JPG or .GIF file. Kinda goes with what I said above about file size and viewing. |
