This time up we've got Sean Ekey, the Webmaster of The Quasar Dimension, formerly Power Rangers Power Playback! He's a great Webmaster so you know we just had to interview him! Ready to meet him? Okay, heeeere's....

When did you first discover PR?

Back in 1993 when it first premiered. I hated the show at first. My sister made me watch it in the mornings before school. I laughed and made fun of it, yet still watched each day. When the Green Ranger appeared I finally took the show seriously. The strange part - now my sister thinks the show is dumb. I love it more than ever :)

What inspired you to build a PR website?

Building a website always appealed to me. Ive tried to build many other sites, but Power Rangers is the only one that ever sticks. Its like I'm destined to have a PR Site.

If you could be a ranger, which one would you be?Why?

I would love to be the Magna Defender - Just purely because his costume, weapon, and Zord is my fave out of any Ranger so far. I'm different, and so is he.

Who would be on your "dream team"?

Tommy, TJ, Leo, Mike, Andros, Ashley, Kat

What keeps you interested in your site?

Each time I come across a new bit of info that I think is cool I think - why not share it. I think also the fact that people give good comments to me about it all the time. If people like it, why stop a good thing?

What's your favorite PR genre? Why?

Lost Galaxy has become my favorite. Its not as complex as PRIS (which comes as a close second) But the costumes, weapons, Zords and Rangers appeal to me so much. Its really given Rebirth to my love for power Rangers. Not that it ever died.

Do you have any other webpages?

Yes, I am currently designing many other sites my favorite of which is the website I designed for my Church and Youth Group at http://nhcma.hypermart.net.

What advice can you give to someone who wants to create a PR site?

Just be creative, try not to copy another site design. Originals are always the best sites. Also - design something you would like, cause chances are if you like it, so will other fans.

What, in your opinion, makes for a good site vs. an okay, or bad one?

A treally good site is one that is updated often. Graphics also make all the difference in a site.

What's your fave part about making your site?

I think naming it was the best part. When I stumbled across the title "The Quasar Dimension" I just got this good feeling inside.

How long have you been making sites?

About a year and a half

Do you have any other hobbies?

I like to draw, and I sing alot too. People say Im pretty good at both.

How do you stay sane constantly updating and meeting the demands of visitors?

I just keep it cool, I update when I can, and only when there is something worth adding. Some people complain - heck just read my guestbook, but the hits keep coming, so Im obviously not turning them off.

In MMPR:TM, the rangers have animal spirits. What do you think yours would be, and why?

I think mine would be the Lion - Im not sure why, but the Lion Galactabeast sure is cool. Why not have a zord like that :)

What's your fave movie?

All the Power Ranger movies kinda take a special place in my heart - I love those multicolored super heroes!

What's the coolest experience of your life?

My trip to Colorado to visit my pal Ben. It was my first time really travelling that far alone. It was alot of fun!

Scariest?

I still get a little scared when I approach a girl Im interested in. I think any intetraction with someone of the opposit sex you like is scary. You never know whats gonna happen. My first time would have to have been the scariest though.

Person you respect most?

My Youth Leader, and Pal Steve Smith.

What do you look for in a friend?

Someone who has similar intersts as me, is fun, and someone who will be there for me no matter what.

What's the thing you hate most about being a website owner/maker?

People who sign the guestbook, or email you demanding site updates right now, or people who email you with the same stupid questions all the time. Questions clearly answered on the webpage itself.

What's your favorite joke?

Hmmm...dont know if you can call it a joke, but I always like to ask people "If Jimmy Cracks corn and no one cares, why does he keep doing it?" Its great to hear some of the answers.

What "big thing" do you want to accomplish?

Some day I want to be known as the guy who runs the coolest Power Ranger site on the net. Maybe make a site that is more widely known than ower Rangers Central. In real life though, I just wanna make it through High School and then College.

What music do you like?

I really like anything. I hate Country though. Yes I do like a little bit of rap - I did say everything.

What's your favorite song?

Gee, it changes so often Im not sure, Right now Id have to say "Black Balloon" by the Goo Goo Dolls. But ask me again at the end of the week - my answer will be different. I garuntee it!

How would you describe yourself?

Just a normal guy who likes to watch Cartoons, hang out with my friends, and check out some hot chicks every now and then. I'm shy, and kinda keep to myself, but I will open up to some of my closer friends.

If you won the lottery today, what would you do with the money?

I'd give alot of it away, because I think its important to share what you got with those around you. But first I'd go on a shopping spree buying everything I could ever or did ever want.

Do you have a motto?

"I may grow old, but I'll never grow up!" Its important to have the heart of a child. Alot of people lose that. People ask all the time "Why dont you grow up" and thats what I answer. I like who I am, and I'll never changemy Power Ranger loving ways :)
