Friends!

Professor Utonium: Prof. Utonium is the creator of the PpG's! Despite his rapscallion youth, he has become a very dignified scientist. He made them out of sugar, spice, and everything nice. Then he accidentally added a drop of chemical-X! He's a good advice giver and is always thinking of new potion stuff. (note: his voice is done by Tom Kane.)
Miss Keene: Miss Keene is the kindergarten teacher at Pokey Oaks Kindergarten. She nice but is very strict about fighting in class.
Mayor: The mayor is dumb but a great friend to the PpG's! He relies on Miss Bellum to do all the thinking! (note: Tom Kenny also speaks for the Mayor, but in a more literal sense.)
Miss Bellum: Miss Sara-Bellum is the brains of the Townsville government! She writes the Mayor's speeches not to mention help save the day from some villians when the Powerpuff Girls are stuck. Despite all her heroic efforts Miss Sara-Bellum likes to remain anonymous! (you never see her head)
Fred: you might not remember him, but he's the dragon that helped the PpG to show to everyone that Major Man was a fake!
Talking Dog: just a nice little dog. He helps out at the jail as seen here and other community involved things I would guess. Oh, by the way he talks.
Bunny: the 4th Powerpuff Girl! She was created by the Powerpuff Girls themselves, but since they weren't very skilled professors, she turned into more of a twisted sister than they expected! She saved the day and soon after exploded because she was not made correctly. Very Tragic.
Steve: It's strange, but this monster actually was as big a help as he was a disaster. He helped Liberty Bell, Harmony Bunny, and Mange realize who they truly are. A most honorably menace to Townsville; may he return to Monster Island a hero.
Captain Rightious and his right hand man, Lefty: This hero and sidekick will never be torn apart. Unfortunately, this duo, once saving Townsville from the depths of dispare, is suffering from arthritis. But will that stop them? Noooowwell, almost!
Be sure to visit your local old folks home, you never know what will pop up.
