Roit is maintained by Roth and Ryan. It started out of lack of nothing better to do, and grew to become one of the biggest wastes of paper in our nations history. We were talking about HJ res 54 and all the other ones like it one night, when we got the idea of writing about it. Then of course we got all into it and began to write more stuff so we could make a zine. It was actually pretty fun, but theres a lot of work involved. More than you would think.
