In the last moments of SAVIOR'S life, was next the Cross: MARY, the Holy
Women and Apostle John. They have received the conclusion of the JESUS´ testament.
The LORD, besides Your own life gave us HIS MOTHER to be also "THE MOTHER SPIRITUAL" of whole humanity. It went without doubt a valuable gift to the humanity
of all generations, the best of all, because our BLESSED MOTHER went always
the perfect JESUS´ MOTHER. In the following years, the VIRGIN MARY
never lacked or neglected the choice done by HER Divine SON. SHE was always
taking care and showing zeal for all Christians since the first Community,
participating and accompanying the meetings and prayers with the Disciples.
HER presence reminded the LORD JESUS and also placed in evidence your
personality, the wisdom and unmistakable character, admirable model for all
generations. Also many Disciples, recognizing this verity, they sought with
MARY, suggestions and advising for life. They asked to be guided by HER
in its decisions, because they felt in the words of MARY that were full of wisdom,
and truly, by your lips if manifested the SPIRIT of GOD.
Many people came also to visit HER, wishing advices and orientations, and they received a special attention, the most zealous cares to guide them to the better choice with objective of each one to find the right way to follow the CREATOR'S direction.
In MARY was every history of JESUS!
Many times came pilgrims caravans to be with HER to hear from alive voice those delicious memories of your Divine and so dear SON! Also, in several times, the Apostles asked to tell them the passages of OUR LORD'S Life, and SHE described HIS intimate habits, as well as details of personal way of as HE saw and analyzed the facts and the things of the life!...
They were lessons full of tenderness, of permanent fidelity and a demonstration of immense and limitless love.
When SHE finished the narrative always was full of emotion and with an apparent nostalgic expression and of your pretty eyes a timid tear glided smoothly in your face and fell in the ground.
It is Christian tradition that MARY has passed from the terrestrial life to eternal life at the age of 72 years. We say SHE has passed, because in the right sense of the word, SHE has not died, has had a "transitory sleep" and was transported at the Heaven, in Body and Soul, by a retinue sonorous of Angels. This because, the death is the punishment inflicted at the Adam and his descendants (the humanity), due to the original sin and the subsequent sins. MARY has had an Immaculate Conception and was full of graces by merit to be JESUS' MOTHER, and hereby has gone protected by the HOLY GHOST of the temptations of the devil. Therefore SHE has had never sin, even a small one. Consequently, SHE has not died; HER life has had an end, and reaching your objective. SHE has closed the eyes to sleep and woke up in the eternity. After all, that Immaculate Body, without sin, never might be undone in the grave as a common body.
Since the V century, the Church commemorates the Assumption of OUR LADY at the Heaven on August 15.
In the Heaven, close to the GOD, SHE has revealed to be the our precious and efficacious MOTHER. HER love and affection by ETERNAL FATHER, extended to the whole humanity. By HER intercession we obtain all necessaries graces to our life. So, SHE has assumed really the place of humanity's Mother, helping and giving assistance for all those who look for HER protection ineffable.
From a long time, OUR LADY appear for seers in notable supernatural manifestations, bringing messages, teaching and leaving everyone to know the LORD'S last Wish. Of this mode, SHE guides us by the path of the justice and of the fraternal love. SHE appears in each place in a different manner, with vestments, face expression and a name, of accordance with HER desires or for identifying the place of the occurrence.
Although our BLESSED MOTHER is an only and same person, is known for several names: OUR LADY OF THE CARMEL, OUR LADY OF LOURDES, OUR LADY APPEARED, OUR LADY OF FATIMA, OUR LADY MYSTIC ROSE, OUR LADY OF THE ROSARY, OUR LADY OF MEDJUGORJE, OUR LADY OF AKITA, OUR LADY OF THE VICTORY, IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY, OUR LADY OF NAJU and many others.
Therefore when we look an image of the VIRGIN MARY we feel an encouragement in our heart which fortifies our spirituality and comfort the soul. It is the stimulus and the fragrance of the immense and grandiose love, which overflowing of the eternity infuses in HER images and photos, leaving them full of tenderness wonderful.
