Day 7 Saturday July 31, 2004

Dining:
After sleeping in this morning I hit the Baja Beach Café for lunch. I ordered my favorite Feel Good Soup. It was good as it usually is. I have noticed there is less chicken in it than there used to be but it’s still loaded with it.

After crapsfest the group headed up to the buffet for dinner. This was arranged through our host and she took care of everything. We all thought that was pretty nice of her. The selections were pretty much the same as they were last night and the food was good.

Gaming:
Today is crapsfest!

After lunch the 4 of us hit the multi strike machines. These games are fun but you can blow through some cash in a hurry. I hit a quad and a straight flush on the 2X line and still finished with a $50 loss.

It was now time for crapsfest. There was a decent turn out and we all bought in for the big game. Unfortunately it was the worst craps session I‘ve ever seen and I‘ve been at some really bad tables. Every shooter would set their point and then go out. I they didn’t do that they’d roll 2 numbers and then go out. I blew though my first buy in and bought in again. A few fair shooters kept me alive. Everyone that was involved with crapsfest today got killed and quit early with a loss. I stuck it out for the whole time being the craps junkie I am. There was one guy that had 2 really good rolls and I had a decent roll. I cashed out after my roll. I’m not sure of everyone’s total but I ended up today’s big winner with a loss of $240. It’s pretty bad when the biggest winner has a negative total.

Entertainment:
After dinner and a short break me, Rich, and Dawn went over to Sunset Station. There was a band there playing in Club Madrid that Dawn enjoys so we went to see them. They go by the name the Spazmatics. They dress like nerds and play 80’s music. I thought they were pretty good and liked the show.

Total win/loss for the day -$250
Total comps for the day $117
