Day 2 Tuesday October 14, 2003

Gaming:
I started the day at the Rio playing the 8/5-bonus progressives in the Masquerade section of the casino. Nothing major here happened. I hit my fair share of quads, including 4 aces to keep me going. After 3 hours I cashed out even. This session puts me over the 3000 points needed this year to maintain being platinum next year.

After the meet I went to Sunset Station and met up with Kiddo and Vegas Sue for some craps. Others were invited but we were the only ones that actually made it. This table was choppy at first but 2 great shooters made me a ton of money and I cashed out here up almost $600.

After dinner at Capri I stopped at the Hard Rock on the way back to Rio. I played craps here and the table was choppy. A few good shooters followed by some bad. After 2 hours and a few good shooters to get me back into the game I cashed out with almost a $400 win. Craps has been really good to me so far this trip!

Dining:
I ate at Capri in Sunset Station after playing craps. I had my usual Chicken Florentine and I think it was better tonight than it has been in the past. Kiddo had the coupon for 50% off from the POV and the bill for 3 was only $27 for the 3 of us.

Meets:
I attended the meet at the Monte Carlo brewpub. Turn out was weak with only 5 of us there. We traded some coupons and had the usual Vegas oriented discussions before I had to leave to head out to Sunset Station for a mini craps meet.
