Day 4 Tuesday December 16, 2003

Dining:
Got a comp at Main Street Station for the huge amount of action I had just given them. I went to the Triple 7 Brewpub and had mozzarella sticks and the filet mignon sandwich. The sandwich was excellent and a really good piece of filet mignon. Too bad it cost me $1100 to have it.

Gaming:
The original plan was to go to the Las Vegas Hilton and give them a few hours of action to get back onto their mailing list for good offers. Unfortunately their computers were down and I wasn’t able to get a new card so I left and went downtown to Main Street Station. While here I started off with the FPDW machines. Things weren’t going well here and I dropped $100 in less than 30 minutes. From here I took a shot at higher stakes and jumped onto the 10-coin 5 play 8/5 bonus machines near the buffet entrance. These machines are streaky and I wasn’t getting enough dealt winners. 2 straights, a flush, and a full house were the only hands I was dealt better than trips. Lack of dealt winners is brutal to this game. I did hit 21 quads all together including aces 3 times. I never got more than 1 quad on any hand. When it was all over I dropped $1000 into this machine and I ran over $20,000 through it. For my quads I got $52 in scratch cards. 15 were for $2, 4 were for $3, and 2 were for $5.

After eating my $1100 sandwich at Main Street Station I headed back to the Hard Rock and after a short break hit the craps table. This was not a great night or craps or a good day for my bankroll. The table started out ok but then went to hell in a hurry. Very few points were made after about the first hour and not many repeating numbers so my come bets weren’t getting paid. After 2 hours I dropped about another $1000 and ran to bed at midnight.
