This afternoon at 4pm there was a meet at the Monte Carlo Brewpub. This meet was organized on the Las Vegas Advisor Message Boards. There was a pretty good turnout and the meet lasted about 2 ½ hours.
After the meet I headed downtown to use the coffee shop comp I earned last night. I ordered the rib eye steak special but the dim wit waitress put my order in for prime rib. Since I was starving I didn’t push the issue and took the prime rib. It was actually pretty good for a cheap coffee shop cut. It also came with soup, vegetables, baked potato and rolls.
After dinner at the 4 Queens I thought I’d try Rampart Casino up in Summerlin. They are running a promotion for a free jacket for earning 750 points ($3,000 coin in). They also offer a coupon book similar to Cannery. I played 8/5 bonus in single line and triple play with no luck at all. Not enough quads or dealt hands as has been the case this trip. I ended up dumping $400 in here. That means I ended up with a $400 jacket with the Rampart logo, a $10 gift card for Rite Aid, and 2 $10 gift cards. Gambling this trip just isn’t working out.
