Day 14

Today we started off with taking our laundry to have fluff and fold service. I had some Stations points in my account so we went to Fiesta Henderson for lunch at Cafe Fiesta. They had a $9.99 meal deal going on where you get an appetizer, entree and dessert. Dee got a salad, chicken and pasta and chocolate cake. I got fried zucchini, chicken and biscuits and chocolate cake. All in all it was a good meal except for Dee's chicken breast was a little over cooked around the edges.

From there we were off to Silverton. We both had $100 free play. We couldn't get onto the 100 plays because 2 people were playing 3 hands each for nickels on them. Instead we played quarter Spin Poker. This was a nightmare for me hitting only 2 quads (one was aces) and dropping $300 on only 4k in action. Dee did a little better but still lacked quads and dropped $100. The plan was to play a fair amount and get out. That didn't really work out well. They were running that promo again today we did last week where if you earned 1000 points you got to pick a pull tab from the top colored box. There were other colors for lower amounts. I won $25 free play and Dee won $50 in food credit. Normally this would be good but we weren't eating dinner here tonight and tomorrow we already had plans so we'll be giving that to a friend.

We went to the high limit room to take a shot with the free play. For a change we played bonus deuces and Dee got slammed turning her $100 free play into $50. I turned my $125 into $150. The killer was hitting natural quad jacks on my first hand followed by queens soon after.

We came back to the Strip and parked the car at Bally's to go to the show. I never read the book 50 Shades of Grey but know the premise and I heard the Parody was pretty entertaining. I can officially say that it was. The show room is small and there aren't really any bad seats in the house. I would suggest the show if you're into comedy. However, if you're offended by the word fuck, don't go because they say it a lot.

After the show we got some sandwiches at Nosh in Bally's. Dee got turkey and I got Beef and Cheddar. We brought them back over here to the room and watched TV while we ate.

The rest of the evening was pretty boring as we just stayed in and watched TV.
