Day 14
Sunday June 26, 2016
We got up today and Dee felt beat up from all of her therapy the last week. Because of this we skipped the pool. We packed up our things and returned to the Aquarius.

Today we would be playing on Dee's card so we got her voucher for the VIP buffet brunch. It is slightly better on Sunday than it is most other day but that's still not saying much.

After we ate too much we hit the casino. Today we played a variety of triple play, five play and Spin Poker. All with little luck. Dee got beat up the worst dumping 5 bills with very little play. I did a bit better because I got one spin with double quad aces and only lost $100. By the time we were done and took a break with only 6k in action.

We took a break for a while and I actually fell asleep for like 2 hours. Dee did too. I guess we needed it because this was the first time the whole trip that we've napped.

We went back to the casino again chose 50¢ single line this time and it was not good. Flush 4 continued to kill me and I dropped $100 without hitting anything better than 2 pair. The second hundred went almost as fast with no big hands either. Dee was doing a little better. She managed to hit one quad but still lost $100 as well.

For dinner we went to the Cove. Dee has a voucher for 1 free food item and 2 drinks. The other foods we get we will just charge to the room. We got a meat pizza with bacon, BBQ chicken, pepperoni and sausage. We ordered it well done and when it arrived it was barely hot. I can only imagine what we would have ended up with had we not asked for it well done.

After we ate we took a walk down the river walk and then came back for more video poker action. We tried the single line games again. It was tough again and on my Hail Mary attempt I finally hit my first quad (sixes). I switched back, hit a straight flush and then started bleeding again. I was going to quit when I still had $100 left on the meter and switched to DDB again when I was at $125. I hit quad 6's again and cashed out with a $150 win. Dee got beat up only hitting 1 quad the whole time. We finished this round with a $50 loss.

We moved to the All Star Machines. Dee played triple play and I bounced around to various games from Spin Poker, to 5 play, then to Super Times Pay. It was probably one of the worst STP 5 play sessions I ever had losing about $125 and only getting 2 multipliers. I dropped $200 here but Dee won a few bucks.

To get the rest of our play in for the day we played STP triple play. It was good this time around in the beginning. I got a 10x multiplier and was dealt 2 pair. I hit a full house on the top line for 400 coins plus the 100 for each of the 2 pair hands. Dee got a 5x multiplier and got dealt a full house for 600 coins. From there it got a little tough. She got beat up due to whiffing on pretty much all of her multipliers. I dropped a bit on mine but cashed out with a small win. Between us we cleared $100 in profit. Better than it has been but still not good for the bankroll today.

Tonight is our last night so we went to the players club and cashed in Dee's points for some free play. She had enough for $325 combined with the $275 she had from her mailer and birthday offer that we ran through 50¢ jacks or better and turned it into only $462 in cash in yet another bloodbath. In the entire $600 of action she hit 1 full house, 1 flush and 3 straights.

We wrapped it up in the room with some TV and packing before we went to bed.
