Day 21

We were up early today and it is pool day. The plan is to spend most of the day with the cousins at the pool. We coated ourselves with sun block and off we went.

For lunch we ate at the Waterside Grille. Dee got a veggie wrap and I got a burger. The food was good but a little too pricey.

Once we were baked we came back to the room and got cleaned up and ready for the day. Dee napped for a while and I surfed the net.

For dinner we went to Irish Pub with the cousins. I had Sheppard's Pie and Dee had fish and chips. The food was good and our sever took good care of us.

After dinner we hit the casino and the cousins went off in their own direction. We tried 5 play first. Dee was a ball of fire hitting a bunch of quads. I was a little slower to start but hit a few myself. The problem was bleeding between quads going 5 or 6 hands in a row with no pay offs at all. Dee switched to deuces for her hail Mary which I thought was odd. It worked out for her when she hit quad ducks on the bottom line. This got her back into it for a while but we still dropped $500 here and got very little play.

I found a quick quads machine and tried it out for 5 play. This was not a good idea. I did hit a regular quad but no quick quads. I bled out on this machine with few dealt winners and another $200 was gone in a matter of minutes.

Since it worked out last night we took a shot at that Carnival game we played last night. Dee hovered the whole time we played. I wasn't doing as well but got a decent amount of play in. I eventually busted out and bought in for another $200 because Dee was up a little bit. The bleed was happening again until I hit a 4 card royal with a 2x multiplier on the 4th line. As it was racking up I initially thought the machine said 1,000 coins and then realized it was 10,000 coins. I said to Dee, holy shit, it's 10,000 coins, this machine is going to lock up because that's $2500! I got paid, played a bit more with no additional hits. Dee cashed out even after being up quite a bit.

One last thing for some fun was to take a 20 and play some penny games. We did well hovering right around the even mark for about 30 minutes on various games. The last game we played was streaky but we never got a bonus round and it sucked the $20 away so we quit for the night.

We came back to the room and hit the pillow!
