Day 17
Wednesday December 27, 2017
I woke up today feeling much better than I had the last 2 days. Dee on the other hand now has what I have. I'm not surprised. She was because she never gets sick. She's not happy.

Today we don't have much planned other than to get Dee's action in here at the Golden Nugget.

We started off with breakfast at Dee's favorite buffet over at the Fremont. Dee has always liked it here. I just don't get it. Mediocre food at best but she loves it there. I used the points that are still on my B Connected Card from when I actually used to play at Boyd properties.

After breakfast we hit the machines to get Dee's play in at the Golden Nugget. This time around it was decent. I had enough quads and dealt winners to keep alive. Dee got a dealt quad which made a huge difference in her results. Between us we were up about $50 when we were done.

Once Dee's action was completed we ran her $110 in free play through the same machine. She was able to turn the $110 free play into $97 cash.

We came back up to the room and took a break for a while with us still a little beat up from this sick crap.

With a pretty free day I decided it would be a good day to go to the Pinball Hall of Fame again. Dee was going to stay here to read, watch TV and get caught up on e-mails and sleep.

I stayed at the Pinball Hall of Fame for a few hours and as always had a great time for very little money.

The drive back seemed like it took forever and I made a quick stop at CVS for some meds to help get through this crap we got.

I came back to the Golden Nugget and we went to get something to eat over at the Fremont. I had saimen and so did Dee. I again used points to cover the cost.

After we ate we came back to the Golden Nugget to get in my play. I had an offer for some free nights (not using) and $60 free play. To keep those alive I decided to run my usual amount though the machines. We played more of the short pay crap here and I was having a great session with lots of quads and dealt winners. I was up nearly $200 but then the bleed happened. By the time I had my small amount of action in I was up $2.

I ran my free play through the same machine and thanks to a good number of dealt winners turned the $60 into $97.

We came back here to the room and got ready for tomorrow's move.

We finished the night with some TV and then much needed sleep.
