Day 21

Not needing to play much here we decided to venture out for the day. Stop one was to Einstein Brothers for some bagels. Then we ended up going to Sunset Station. I swiped at a kiosk to activate 3x points but there was a kiosk game to play. I ended up winning 6x points on VP (which is really 2x points since they offer 3x points every day). I found some 5 play machines with 8/5 bonus and we started to pound away. About two minutes into play I hear Dee exclaim “oh nice”. I look over and she got dealt aces. We continued along but I wasn't hitting much of anything while Dee hovered. Other than the dealt aces she wasn't hitting much of anything else. I was getting killed. Even with her dealt aces we dropped $100 on this session.

We wandered around the casino and played some penny games. No major hits but enough to keep playing for a while. We only hit 2 bonus rounds the whole time and ended up cashing out even.

We went back to the video poker machines and play another round of 5 play. I was getting killed again. A few minutes into play I was already down $150. Then , just like Dee did earlier I got dealt aces. Same as before there were few hits after that for either of us. A few quads and few dealt winners. We cashed out even between us which was quite annoying but at least we didn't' get killed here today.

For late lunch / early dinner we went to the buffet at Sunset Station. I used a 2 for 1 coupon bringing the price down to $9 for 2 people.

We left Sunset Station and went to pick up our laundry and then we came back to the Cromwell and took a short break.

We hit the machines for a while to get some more nominal play in. Another session of short pay crap and we played too long dropping over $350 over at the Flamingo on very little play. I decided after this we wouldn't be playing any more VP here this trip.

We came back over to The Cromwell and I got my $100 in free play and we used it on penny slots running $20 at a time and seeing how much we got out. We did well except on one machine that gobbled up a ton of credits. In total we turned the $100 of Reel Rewards into $78 cash.

Once we had our action in Dee came back to the room and I hit the craps tables. Tonight the table was up and down but not super volatile. I was never up or down more than $200-$300. I played for about 2 ˝ hours and won $105.

I came back up to the room after shooting dice and wrapped up another night.
