Day 19
Wednesday September 2, 2020
When I got up this morning I had my usual in room breakfast and got ready. Packed up the rest of my things and I was on my way back to Las Vegas.

The ride back to Las Vegas was the usual long boring drive. When I got back to Las Vegas I stopped by Wienerschnitzel for some hot dogs. Never had this before. Got a regular dog with mustard and a corn dog. From there I continued on.

Today's move is all of the way out to Rampart Casino in Summerlin. I booked this through my host and I'll be staying here for 6 nights. I have an offer for $300 in free play and $30 food. This is a drop from my usual offers but back in March I short played so I'm not surprised. I'm also booked into the Labor Day Weekend Slot tournament. Maybe I'll get lucky and match what Dee did a few years ago in the 4th of July Tournament and take 2nd place.

When I arrived I tried to check in, my room was ready. I was booked into a 1 bedroom suite. This room is really large. The living room has a couch, coffee table, chair, and TV cabinet. There's a dining room with a large table and 4 chairs.

The bedroom has a king bed, night stands on each side, chair & TV cabinet/dresser.

There is a view of the golf course and Suncoast from both the living room and the bed room.

The bathroom is giant with dual sinks, toilet room with bidet, jetted tub, shower stall and a walk in closet that seems bigger than the bathrooms at some hotels I've stayed in.

I got my things organized and headed out. I stopped by to see my host and then went to an early dinner. For dinner I went to The Earl Grey Cafe and had the 3 course prime rib dinner. Quite good for a coffee shop prime rib and actually had more flavor than the bland slab I had at the Hickory Room in Laughlin.

It was time to hit the casino. My game of choice today was 10 play. Really good start to the session with a few dealt full houses and straights. Quads were light even though I was dealt trips quite often. Just couldn't seem to land any quads. Before I knew it I was up $400. Big difference from what was happening in Laughlin. I said that too soon. The drain started and I went from up $400 to down $100 in minutes. I fought back to even and cashed out with a $1 win!

I walked around and picked another machine. This machine treated me equally as good with some nice dealt winners and this time a good number of quads. I had the meter up by $500 and hovered there for a while. The bleed started happening again so I cashed out with a $300 win before it all went back again.

Next up I played a few penny games for fun and cashed out with a small win.

I was getting tired so went to run ran today's free play through. Oddly I was at $300 instead of $100. I know my host was trying to get my offer bumped back up so I'm not sure if that went through or if maybe I had won a hot seat drawing. I had my headphones on while I was playing so may have missed the announcement. I'll find out tomorrow. I ran the $300 through single line for halves and turned it into $295 cash.

It was getting a little bit late and I was getting tired so opted to come up to the room. I hopped in the whirlpool tub mainly because I could. That was relaxing and then went to bed.

Total coin in for the day $13,925
Total win/loss for the day + $627
Total Comps for the day $502
