Started off the day with the usual in room activities and then hit the casino.

I tried some penny games first with no luck and then hit the video poker machines.

The video poker was starting off rough. I didn't hit my first quad for quite a while and it happened to be aces. Lots of nothing hands and quite streaky. I got dealt RF4 and actually scored on line 10 for the royal flush. I played a bit longer and then Stacy and Anne arrived for a late lunch. I cashed out with a nice $800 win.

For lunch we went to the Early Grey Cafe. I got the grilled cheese and tomato soup again. Just can't go wrong with that.

Stacy and Anne left and I hit the machines again. It was another streaky session but with more quads and few more dealt winners to keep alive. The surprise of the session came on a king hold and landing a royal flush on line 10 again. That's the first time I've ever hit a royal on a one card hold (excluding 50/100 play) and my second royal of the day. I played a bit longer and things still weren't going well so I cashed with another $600 win.

I took a break from the VP and played some penny games. Nothing major but clawed back to small losses from earlier.

I went back to the video poker machines again and took a shot at deuces. Really bad session and no luck at all dumping 3 bills in a matter of minutes.

I took a break up in the room for a while and started packing up some of my things and watched some TV. I checked my e-mail and Rampart and I had an e-mail from Rampart with a game to play. I won $15 free play.

I went back to the casino for a little while longer and decided that I didn't want to give back and more of the royal money since almost half of it was gone already. Instead I played a few penny games and used that $15 free play I won.

For a late dinner/snack I went back to Earl Grey and got some chicken noodle soup and an order of rye toast. Just enough to not go to bed hungry.

One more tour through the casino and some penny games, hit a $150 bonus and I was done with my day.

I finished the night off in the room packing up my things to get ready for tomorrow's move. It's so hard to believe I've been here at Rampart for 6 nights already.
