Day 13

I got up today and finished packing up for the move. It seems every time I pull a late night I have to move the next day. I left the Venetian and made a few stops along the way to pick up a few items. Not the best idea to go to stores on Christmas Eve.
Today is the final move of the trip and takes me to Summerlin and Rampart. I booked this through my host for the final 6 nights of the trip. Oddly I don't have a mailer for this stay. My host said he'd look into it. He got me the $300 mailer which was fine because my play had dropped a bit the last few trips.
When I went to check in my room was ready. I was assigned room 4137. This is a king room with nightstands dresser, TV, desk, 2 chairs and small table. The bathroom is large with dual vanities, shower and whirlpool tub. It's got limited view of the gardens and water features.
I hit the casino and started off with 10 play. It was an up and down session with a good amount of quads including aces. While I was playing Yahtzee Mike and Camela arrived. Mike came over and sat with me and we were pounding away. I was getting beaten up and down to double digits on the meter but in the last few minutes got dealt trip deuces 3 times landing a bunch of quads. I finished the session down just over $100 on 10k.
For dinner I went to Jade. Norm joined us as well. I got the egg drop soup, rib appetizer and chicken lo mein. All of the food was excellent as it usually is here.
Back to the machines and more video poker. Not nearly as good a session as before dropping over 5 bills on 5k in action.
I had $100 free play tonight from my offer and $155 from the online game they have been running for $255 in total. I decided to run it through 10 play deuces for dimes. It started out a little tough but got much much better with some nice dealt winners. I turned the $255 free play into $730 cash thanks to hitting my first royal flush of the trip. Nothing is better than hitting a royal on free play!
I finished up the night in the room getting caught up on e-mails and watching TV.
