Day 18
Tuesday December 29, 2020
It's hard to believe but today is the last day of the trip. I started with the usual morning stuff and then got ready for the rest of the day.

I went out and ran a few last day errands and then stopped at Suncoast on the way back. While I was downtown I forgot to earn a few tier points to keep my balance active so stopped in to do that. Once I did that I went to the deli to use some of those points for lunch. I went to the deli and got a double cheeseburger to go. It comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and a side. I went out to the car to eat and listened to the radio.

I came back to Rampart to start playing. I found Jim and we played the same bank as yesterday. This was just a great session with lots of quads, dealt winners and “stuff”. The highlight of the session came when I got dealt quad fours. The credits started to disappear so I decided it would be a good time to take a break with a $600 win.

During the break I went to the kiosk to print my vouchers for two bottles of “champagne”. I gave those to Jim and he's going to farm them out during the rest of his trip. I also downloaded some free play. Apparently they are running an unannounced promo where for every 500 points you get $5 in free play on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday up to $50. Great, thanks for letting me know. There's $100 I didn't get the last 2 days.

I stopped at the players club to have the LVA $10 free play coupon added to my account putting me at $60 free play.

Next up I decided to play some Spin Poker. This was even better than the previous session of 10 play. Lots of dealt winners, a hand with 5 bonus quads and some aces. I had the meter up to $1300 on a $500 buy in. I decided to quit once it dropped down to $1000 which didn't take long. So far today I was 2 for 2 on VP!

I tried my luck with some penny slots and did pretty good scoring a bonus round for 2 bills. I was already down quite a bit at that point but this put me on the plus side by a little bit.

I decided on another session of 10 play while Jim went to dinner. This was another great session but quite a bit streakier. I was in for $500 and down into the $100's when I started getting dealt full houses, flushes and straights. I was also pulling quads on multiple lines including aces. The quads kept coming including 10 at a time when I got the second dealt quad of the day which was tens. I only got out of the session up around $100 but it was another positive session making me 3 for 3 today.

I went to dinner at Earl Grey Cafe. I got the turkey platter for my final dinner in town. It comes with soup or salad, mashed potatoes, veggies, cranberry sauce and sliced turkey over a giant biscuit.

After dinner I was back at the machines again with Jim. Roller coaster session and it was looking like it was going to be my first loser of the day when my $500 buy in was down to $30. A dealt full house and a bonus quad got me some ammo to keep plugging along. The roller coaster ride continued but a few more dealt winners and two more dealt full houses along with a bunch of quads got me not only back to even but, ahead. I cashed out with an $11 win making me 4 for 4. I was amazed to be up over a grand today without hitting a royal.

I ran my $60 free play through dime deuces. Had a few decent hands but the short session was mostly crap. I did turn the $60 into $77 for the 5th win of the day.

With my play in for the trip I went to the players club to cash in my points. I redeemed 100,000 points for $500 in cash back leaving some for next time.

I came up to the room after getting my cash back and started packing up for the trip home tomorrow. I still can't believe the end is here.

Total Coin In For The Day = $31,360
Total Win/Loss For The Day = + $1,885
