In this age of technology, Karen Michael's Salon has developed a scheduling system for our internet-friendly customers.

To utilize our on-line scheduling service, you must choose dates that at least 5 business days or more from the date of your request.

On-line scheduling with Uzuri can be as easy as 1-2-3!

Appointment Request Fax Guidelines
1. All information requested must be completed for appointment consideration.

2. A verbal or electronic (e-mail) confirmation must be received by the person requesting the appointment within 24 hours of notification.

3. All No Show or Same-Day Cancellations are subject to a $5 fee.

To Submit by E-Mail

 Just follow a few easy steps and you'll be on your way!

1. Give 3 choices of dates and times preferable for your appointment (eg. Mon 11/6/00 or Tue 11/7/00 @ 10a, 11a, or 2p).

2. State the type of service you desire (shampoo, relaxer, color, etc)

3. If you have a preferable stylist, list the stylist's name.

If you would like to know ahead of time what the service cost will be, please make that request in your e-mail.
