MOTHER OF GOD OF LEPAVINA
Lepavina is a monastery of the Serbian Orthodox Church in the village of Lepavina, near the town of Koprivnica in the Republic of Croatia. It is dedicated to the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The monastery is proud of its wonder-working icon of the Mother of God that makes it such an important pilgrimage site. It is painted in the Creto-Venetian style from the beginning of the 16th century.
