Together Again

After working with her husband, Y&R executive producer Edward Scott, almost every day for over 20 years, it was hard to believe that Melody Thomas Scott was really ready to quit her soap job. However, sources say that the actress was ready to walk, and although rumour has it that Scott had actually packed up her dressing room and left the building - cooler heads prevailed. Not long after returning from an Hawaiian vacation with her hubby, whom she married in 1985, the longtime Y&R star re-signed with the show for an undisclosed period of time.
