Day 16

Slept in today and lounged around the room. Got a call from Yahtzee Mike and we discussed plans for Las Vegas this weekend.

I finally left the room at lunchtime. I went to Cafe Central to get something to eat. I chose the chicken club sandwich with fries. It was quite good.

Now it's time to play. I figured since 15 play quarters worked out well last night I'd try it again. No bueno. Couldn't seem to get anything dealt to me that I could work with. Low pairs, single high cards and lots of junk hands. Dropped a wad here.

Went over to Eldorado hoping for some better luck. Tried dollar single line. No luck but did get quite a bit of play out of it before dropping 5 bills.

Came up to the room to lick my wounds and take a break. After the break went to dinner at Cafe Central again. I got the same wor won ton soup I got the other night. Tasty as always.

Time for more video poker action. I decided on 100 play this time. Session went from really good to bumpy to shitty. I did hit a royal that pretty much kept the session from being another loser and cashed out with a $98 win. Certainly not enough to make up for this morning.

I had a coupon for $75 free play so had that added to my card and went off to play it. I went with quarter triple play and turned it into $81 cash.

To finish up the gaming for the night I bounced around playing penny slots. Had a few hits and a nice bonus round to make a few bucks there.

After that I came up to the room to close out another day up here in Reno.
