Day 5

When I got up today I got ready for the day, packed up the rest of my things and headed out.

I left Orleans and went to Palms. They just reopened in April after being closed for over 2 years with new owners. I got a new card and was able to match my black card from Wynn. They were running a few promos today as well. One was $10 free play for every 100 points, a $50 gas card for 2500 points and a kiosk game.

I found some decent VP and played away. Smooth session and I finished down less than $100.

I won $15 on the kiosk game and cashed in $5 worth of points along with the $100 from the new member promo. I ran it through and turned it into $100. They were giving rain checks on the gas card because they were out of them so all in between the play, the free play and the gas card I was up $56! The cards should be in Tuesday or Wednesday and they said they'd call when they came in.

I grabbed a quick lunch at Panda Express. Yes, I paid for food, shocking I know. It was a convenience play.

I drove out to Summerlin and went to Rampart where I'll be spending the next 4 nights. I booked this through my host. I also have a mail offer for $525 free play and $20 food credit.

I tried checking in and the room wasn't ready yet but they switched the room that was blocked.

I was given room 2114 in the Spa tower. This is a one bedroom suite. There is an entryway with powder room to the right. The living room has a couch, chair, coffee table, TV, wet bar area, work desk, dining room table and a flat screen TV.

The bedroom has a king bed, nightstands, chair, chaise, dresser and flat screen TV. There's a walk in closet leading to the bathroom.

The bathroom is huge with a jetted tub, his and hers vanities and shower stall. The toilet is in a separate room with a bidet.

There is a view of valet and Suncoast.

I got my things up to the room and settled in for the next 4 nights.

Time to play. I noticed right away that I was getting way more points than I should be. Turns out for Father's Day they were running 10x/5x.

Rough couple of sessions. Very few quads and very few dealt winners. I'm actually surprised I lasted as long as I did. Between the 3 machines I played I was down over a grand as the royal money from the other day continued to disappear.

I played my free play on deuces for dimes. Very few deuces landing and I was bleeding until I hit a set of ducks turning the $175 into $200.

I had enough VP and losing for the day so played some slots. 10X points helped out a bit. I turned a nice profit thanks to a major bonus.

For a late dinner I went to Earl Grey and got grilled cheese and tomato soup.

After that I came up to the room and wrapped up another day.
