The Daily Driving!

Many of driving enthusiasts are either forced to, or desire to drive their car on daily occurrence. When modifying a car that is supposed to remain that day-to-day utility, the performed upgrades have to incorporate the desired benefits with least possible trade-off.

It goes without saying that first amongst the priorities, should be a regular up-keep of the car. In order to enjoy performance/comfort and other modifications, one has to keep up regular maintenance of their vehicle. Regular oil change, required tune-ups and repairs should be performed. Chassis and tires should also be periodically checked, as those are the components that allow the car to follow the path chosen by the driver.

When modifying the car, one of the most important things to consider is the role of the car. A daily driven car shouldn't be as uncompromising as a show car, a track car or even a weekend sort of car. If the car has to assume multiple roles, ability to swap the components is important. Being able to tune and tweak the "set-up" can be another solution. Finally last resort is to make modifications that while will greatly enhance the desired effect, they won't compromise other uses of the car.
